Terms of use

These terms govern the U Tutors Academy practice-test site operated by U Tutors LLC, doing business as U Tutors Academy.

Accounts

• Adults (18 and over) and parents or guardians may create accounts. Students aged 13 to 17 may create their own account and must give a parent's email address. Children under 13 may use the site only through a profile created by a parent.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private. Parents are responsible for child profiles they create.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are monthly, per exam, and are purchased only by adults or parents. They renew until cancelled; cancel at any time from Account → Manage billing, effective at the end of the paid period.
• Prices and applicable tax are shown at checkout.

Content

• All questions and explanations are the property of U Tutors LLC and are licensed to you for your own personal practice only. Copying, recording, scraping, printing, or sharing questions or explanations is prohibited.
• SAT® and ACT® are trademarks of their respective owners, who are not affiliated with and do not endorse this product.
• Practice scores are not official scores and do not predict any official result.

Acceptable use

No automated access, no attempts to bypass access controls, and no sharing of accounts. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
